The Story Behind Rep-Fusion

My name’s Leighton, and Rep-Fusion was born from years of sweat, chalk, torn hands, and early mornings inside CrossFit gyms, not from a trend, a marketing meeting, or a quick idea.

Based in Wales, and I’ve been doing CrossFit for years. Like a lot of people who fall in love with the sport, it started as a challenge and quickly became a lifestyle. The community, the grind, the constant pursuit of getting better, that’s what hooked me.

But one thing always stood out.

So much of the equipment we used came from big overseas brands that didn’t really understand what it’s like training day in, day out in UK gyms. The weather, the space, the programming, the culture, it’s different here. And I kept thinking:
Why isn’t there a fresh UK-based CrossFit brand built by someone who actually trains?

That question became Rep-Fusion.

Rep-Fusion is about functional, durable, no-nonsense CrossFit equipment made for real athletes, whether you’re grinding through your first WOD or chasing a new PR.

Being based in North Wales matters to me. CrossFit here has a tight-knit, supportive culture, and that community mindset is at the heart of Rep-Fusion.

This brand isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. About showing up. About putting in the reps when no one’s watching.
